Tehran, Nov 18, IRNA - Head of Majlis Research Center Kazem Jalali said on Monday that the preconditions set by France for nulcear negotaition swith Iran were actually instructions dictated by the Zionist regime to sabotage talks between Iran and G5+1.
Speaking to IRNA on the verge of third round of nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1, he said there is no doubt that the preconditions set by France have been dictated by the Zionists and their supporters.

It is quite clear that when an agenda is prepared in Tel Aviv, it will target nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1, he said, adding that such negotiations should be regarded as an opportunity provided by the Iranian nation for the West.

Pursuing the guidelines of the Zionist regime would not benefit France or the world, he said and advised French officials to heed their public opinion instead of taking such measures which harm confidence building between the two sides. Failure of nuclear talks will be detrimental to western countries, Jalali said.

Western countries should try to win the trust of the Iranian people by taking proper decisions, he said.
