Tehran, Nov 17, IRNA Minister of Industy, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh said on Sunday that the richest mines of the region and the world are located in Iran.In a meeting with a visiting delegation from China, the minister said many Chinese companies are currently working in various industrial units of Iran.
He voiced Tehrans readiness to have further cooperation with Beijing in the field of mine exploitation.
Nematzadeh added that Iran enjoyed significant mineral resources both in terms of diversity and extent.
He said grounds were prepared for boosting of Tehran-Beijing cooperation in the field of mining.
