Ambassador submits Larijani’s message to Lebanese counterpart

Beirut, Nov 13, IRNA – Iran Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi on Wednesday submitted Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani’s message to his Lebanese counterpart Nabih Berri, inviting him to visit Iran.

Berri, thanking for the invitation, hoped to visit Iran in the near future with regards to the significance of exchange of opinions and visits by Iranian and Lebanese officials. “The Islamic Republic of Iran plays a pivotal role in the region, concentrating all its efforts to settle regional problems.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, he wished that the new round of Iran-G5+1 talks, which are very important, would be successful and said in case of agreement between the two sides it would mark nuclear explosion, whose positive effects would be sensible in entire region, including Lebanon.
