Tehran, Nov 10, IRNA - Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi in a decree on Sunday appointed Behrouz Kamalvandi as the AEOI?s spokesman.

Salehi wished Kamalvand would successfully serve both the nation and the country respecting the existing values and principles.


Prior to his sppointment as the AEOI spokesperson, Kamalvandi was in cahrge of AEOI?s Strategic Relations and Parliamentary affairs.

He has also served as Iranian ambassador to Afghanistan and Indonesia, deputy foreign minister for administrative and financial affairs and deputy foreign minister for the Latin America.
