Tehran, Nov 9, IRNA Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iranian nation and the Parliament (Majlis) are strongly supporting the countrys negotiating team which is currently in Geneva, Switzerland, to defend national interests, a senior parliamentarian said Saturday.First Deputy Speaker of Majlis Mohammad Hasan Abutorabifard said that the Iranian negotiating team enjoys an acceptable record of scientific and expert performace.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a local gathering, the MP said currently the international community has acknowledged Irans special status.
Irans nuclear negotiating team consists of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and a number of senior officials from the Foreign Ministry.
The talks with the Group 5+1 started on November 7.
