Iran, G5+1 talks to be held in Geneva

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany will hold upcoming round of talks in a UN headquarters in Geneva From now on, said a member of Iranian negotiating team.
"During negotiations between Iranian Foreign Minister and Mrs. Ashton in New York, it was agreed that the venue of talks is excluded from discussions and the talks will be held in a UN headquarters given the interest of the two sides to conclude the talks and show seriousness of the dialogues," the negotiator said.

The member of negotiating team said due to sensitivity of holding talks in New York and Vienna which are home to the UN headquarters and considering sensitivities and limitations for Iran, the two sides agreed to hold talks in Geneva from now on until making a new decision.
