A trade exhibition for the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)was held in the Iranian capital ofTehran with active participation of Sultanate along with 30 other countries.The expo was opened in the presence of OIC Secretary-General Akmal El Din Ihsan Oglo and a number of high-ranking officials from Iran and other countries.
The event was an international gathering of trade institutions, producers, exporters, providers of commercial and touristic services representing and was aimed at boosting trade co-operation among the Islamic countries.
The Sultanate of Omans pavilion with its varied corporates participated significantly to the success of the expo and attracted a huge number of visitors.
