Iranian, Omani finance ministers meet

Tehran, Oct 13, IRNA Irans Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Ali Tayyeb-nia held talks with his Omani counterpart Darwish al-Balushion issues of mutual interest Sunday in Washington.
The meeting was held on the sideline of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank (WB) 2013 annual meetings opened in Washington on October 11.

Referring to Irans great investment opportunities, Tayyeb-nia urged Omani companies to make investment in various projects in Iran.

The Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group (WBG) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) each year bring together central bankers, ministers of finance and development, private sector executives, and academics to discuss issues of global concern, including the world economic outlook, poverty eradication, economic development, and aid effectiveness.
