Munich international library to showcase Iranian illustrations
A number of illustrations created by the Iranian artists are scheduled to be showcased at the International Youth Library of Munich in Germany.
The exhibition is to display the works by14 artists including Reza Maktabi, Narges Mohammadi, Rashin Kheirieh, Fereshteh Bahrami, Farshid Shafiei, and Hassan Mousavi.

Organized by the Childrens Book Council of Iran and the International Youth Library of Munich, the exhibition will run by Iranian illustrator Ali Bouzari and Berlin-based artist Tom Eigenhufe.

Many Iranian artists have represented the countrys art of illustration in numerous international events so far.

Most of the illustrated works have been presented via the books in which they were featured.

An annual exhibition of childrens books in Germany had earlier hosted Iranian childrens books with various illustrations at Klingspor Museum in Offenbach.

The exhibition of International Youth Library of Munich is set to kick off on September 27.
