South African diplomat: Trade with Iran, beneficial

Tehran, Sept 11, IRNA – South African ambassador to Iran said his countrys trade relation with Iran is long lasting and favorable, it was reported on Wednesday

William Max Whitehead made the remark while visiting Amirabad Port in northern Iran.

Whitehead said his country is interested in expansion of economic cooperation with the Islamic Republic.

The South African diplomat referred to Amirabad Port as a strategic region enjoying great marine transportation capabilities.
