SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) � On Wednesday a high ranking authority in the Russian military told RIA Novosty news agency that the Guided Missile Cruiser �Moskva� which is the flag ship of Russian navy in the Black Sea will enter the waters of the Mediterranean Sea on 17 September.
