TEHRAN (Tasnim) Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) is going to hold an academic conference on Syria on September 3, to be attended by Syrian, Lebanese, Iraqi and Iranian university students.The keynote speakers at the international conference, titled Syria: Embankment of Resistance will be the IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari and his deputy, Brigadier General Hossein Salami.
The objective of the day-long conference is to promote solidarity and unity for resistance against the West and Takfiri-Salafist groups.
The countries and movements opposed to the Zionist regime of Israels occupation of Palestine, namely Iran, Syria, the Lebanese Hezbollah movement and Hamas form the resistance front.
