Iran always opts path of dialogue: Religious Leader

Islamabad, Aug 19, IRNA Deputy Secretary General of Pakistans major Islamic Party on Monday said that Iran is a peace loving country and always want to solve issues with West through dialogue.
Talking to IRNA, Dr. Fareed Ahmed Paracha, of Jamat-e-Islami said that Irans newly appointed foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has rightly said that recognizing Islamic Republics legitimate nuclear rights would be proper solution to end the problem.

Mr Zarif in a telephone conversation with European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton has stressed Irans readiness to hold purposive talks within definite time framework.

The EU foreign policy chief hoped talks between Iran and the sextet- the US, Britain, France, China, Russia and Germany- would resume as soon as possible.

Dr. Fareed Ahmed Paracha added that developing peaceful nuclear program is Irans inalienable right which no country can deny. What Iranian foreign minister has said is based on principles, he viewed.

The political leader went on to say that so-called super powers cannot stop Iran from developing in the field of nuclear technology.

The JI leader added that Iran is a peace loving country and always want to solve issues with West through dialogue. He asked western states to accept Irans peaceful nuclear right.

Paracha condemning sanctions against Iran said that they have no legal justification. He strongly believed that imposition of sanctions is part of an international conspiracy against Iran.

The politician was of the view that United Nations (UN) has become a tool in the hands of some western states and has lost its integrity. The UN has failed to implement its own resolutions, he pointed out.

The religious leader said that western states have put the integrity of UN at stake for their own interests.

Paracha demanded the western states to immediately lift sanctions from Iran. He said that dialogue between Iran and West must be unconditional.
