Over $384 million worth of goods exported from Isfahan province
ILNA: More than 708,623 ton of goods worth $384 million were exported from Irans Isfahan province in the first four months of the current Iranian calendar year, the head of Isfahan province Customs Administration said on Wednesday.


"The figures show 58 and 23 percent increase in terms of weight and value, respectively, compared to the same period of time previous year," Asadollah Ahmadi said.

He went on to note that the provinces businessmen export their products to over 50 countries across the world.

"Afghanistan (with $141.4 million), Iraq (with $127.8 million), and Pakistan (with $37.22 million) were the main destinations," he added.

"Steel products, mineral fuels and hand-made carpets were the main exported items," Ahmadi said.

Irans foreign trade was around $25.445 billion in the first four months of the current year, which started March 21.

According to Iran Customs Administration, the countrys exports accounted for $12.536 billion of the mentioned amount.

Irans non-oil exports faced 5.18 percent increase during the mentioned period, compared to the same period of time previous year.
