Jalili: Iran ready to help stabilize Iraq

Jalili made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Iraqi Vice President Khudair Khuzaie heading a high ranking delegation to Tehran to attend the oath taking ceremony of President Hassan Rohani.
The two officials discussed issues of mutual relations along with latest regional and global developments.

Expressing satisfaction with the current political and economic progress in Iraq, Jalili said level of ties between Iran and Iraq is a model for other countries in the region.

Tehran is ready to take advantage of its valuable experiences and spare no efforts to help restore disability and security in Iraq, he said.

Iranian remarkable progress has been made with reliance on trusting the people and their resistance to global arrogance, Jalili said.

The Iraqi vice-president, for his part expressed satisfaction with the expansion of relations between the two countries and said Iraq regards Iranian progress and development as source of pride for regional countries as well as the Muslim World.
