Tehran, July 31, IRNA The Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has surpassed the 57,000 unit mark for the second time.
In Wednesdays trade, the TSE hit a record high of 57,164 points in the morning session, making a leap of 767 points, worth over rials 2.73 billion, from the previous trade session.
On July 6,2013, the main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has set a new record, surpassing the 54,000 unit mark for the first time.
Founded in 1967, the Tehran Stock Exchange has been one of the worlds best performing stock markets in recent years and ranked as the best bourse index in Europe, Africa and Middle East in 2010 in terms of performance of the main index.
