Ahmadinejad underlines importance of nation's presence in Iran's progress

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Tuesday reiterated that Iran's development and progress is mainly indebted to the meaningful participation of people in all arenas, particularly in construction of the country.


During inauguration ceremony of several major development and industrial projects in the Northern Province of Gilan, the Iranian president hailed Iran's eye-catching progress in the past decades, and underlined the need for more participation of all people in constructing a developed Iran.

Belief in the Iranian nation's ability has been multiplied today, the Iranian president added.

The President Ahmadinejad left Tehran Tuesday morning for the Northern city of Rasht to attend inauguration ceremony of several industrial projects.

The projects included an iron mill, an industrial gas producing firm and a tile manufacturing factory located in Rasht Industrial Park.
