Iranians will create economic epic soon: Qalibaf

Presidential candidate Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf says the Iranian nation will soon unite and create an economic epic as advised by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Addressing religious leaders and supporters in northern provinces of Mazandaran and Golestan on Saturday, the principlist candidate said there is no room for the Iranian peoples concern and disappointment about the economy as the country has great potentials to fix all economic issues.

The Tehran mayor once again argued that mismanagement is the biggest challenge and threat to the country, adding that the next administration is duty-bound to make optimum use of existing capacities to resolve problems at the earliest.

He noted that the country is grappling with challenges such as economic problems, high prices, and unemployment.

Qalibaf emphasized that he would never violate the nations rights and pledged to form an administration consisting of people representing all walks of life.

Qalibaf will be competing against Secretary of the Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaei, President of the Center for Strategic Research of the Expediency Council Hassan Rohani, lawmaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili, former Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati, former First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref, and former Telecommunications Minister Mohammad Gharazi.

Iranians will go to the polls in the countrys 11th presidential election on June 14.
