Iranian filmmaker Babak Habibifars short production has been selected to compete at the 2013 Strawberry Shorts Film Festival in the British city of Cambridge.Habibifars three-minute creationCrosswordis slated to be screened along with other participated films at Midsummer Common in central Cambridge.
Established in 2004, Strawberry Shorts is a new film festival which has grown out of the annual film event held as part of Strawberry Fair which is considered as one of Europe's biggest free festivals.
The festival is free and independent from any council run events. The event is annually held on the first Saturday in June.
This years edition of the festival was held on Friday, May 31, 2013.
