Velayati says will use experts if elected president
Iranian Presidential candidate Ali-Akbar Velayati says he plans to benefit from the services of experts as well as top managers and consultants in his future administration.
The Principlist candidate said Saturday that his administration would act on the basis of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution-- that is providing welfare, security and higher income for the general public.

Velayati, who is the senior advisor to the leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said that he will prop up the national economy by promoting production and privatization if he is elected president.

Velayati is contending against lawmaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel, Secretary of Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili, Expediency Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei, President of the Strategic Research Center of the Expediency Council Hassan Rohani, former First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Aref, Tehran Mayor Mohammad-Baqer Qalibaf, and former Telecommunications Minister Mohammad Gharazi.

Iranians will go to the polls in the nations 11th presidential election on June 14. The fourth city and rural council elections are also scheduled to be held on the same day.
