TEHRAN Iranian expatriates living in Canada cannot cast ballots in Irans June 14 presidential election because of Canadas lack of cooperation in setting up polling stations, the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Department for Iranian Expatriates Affairs, Kazem Sajjadi, told the Fars News Agency on Sunday.Canada announced on September 7, 2012 that it had closed its embassy in Tehran. It also expelled all Iranian diplomats in Canada a few days after the announcement was made.
