Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem is leaving for Iran today, Irans semi-official news agency Mehr said.The Foreign Ministers of Iran and Syria, Ali Akbar Salehi and Walid Muallem, are expected to discuss issues related to starting a national dialogue in Syria.
Walid Muallem is also due to visit Russia to discuss the above mentioned issues with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Iranian website said.
