Obama to tell Iran: We will do what is necessary

US President Barack Obama told Iran on Tuesday night that Iran must recognize that America will do what is necessary to prevent them from getting a nuclear weapon.
In an excerpt released from US President Barack Obama's State of Union speech, Obama is expected to warn Iranian leaders that now is the time for dialogue and a diplomatic solution.

He is expected to comment on the Western "coalition" which stands united in demanding that Iran meet their obligations.

In an apparent reference to Syria and the concern over unconventional weapon transfers, Obama is expected to propose to continue leading the global effort to secure nuclear materials that could fall into the wrong hands.
