How sanctions deprive Iranians of basic medication

In his State of the Union address President Obama said a diplomatic solution is needed now with Iran's leaders over their ambitions to acquire nuclear technology.
These words came as sanctions are still being enforced in reaction to Tehran's nuclear programme. Those restrictions are starting to bite deeply into every day life.

Iranian companies importing medicines are now having major problems finding banks to process payments. That is forcing many people to go to unusual lengths to get the most basic drugs.
