Over Talabani’s health status; Ahmadinejad sends bouquet, Rahimi voices hope

Iraq-TalabaniTehran-The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, sent on Monday a bouquet to Iraqi President Jalal Talabani Germany Charite Hospital where he is receiving treatment there.

President Ahmadinejad wished President Talabani a speedy recovery and a quick return to his country in order to perform his duties.

Meanwhile Iranian first Vice President Muhammad Reza Rahimi wished Talabani’s fast wellbeing during a yesterday phone talk with Talabani’s wife Hiru Irbrahim Ahmad.

Voicing Iranian worry over Talabani’s health situation, Rahimi stressed Tehran is ready to offer any needed help to help Iraqi president’s quick recovery from a last Monday sever stroke.

It is worth mentioning that Ahmadinejad called off his planned visit to Iraq after Talabani’s stroke. Iran, in addition, sent an expert medical team to Baghdad last Tuesday to help Talabani health situation stabilized.
