Saudi Arabia funded assassination of Iranian nuclear experts by Mossad
An American political analyst says the Saudi Arabian government has financially supported the assassination of top Iranian nuclear scientists by the Israeli spy agency, Mossad, over the past few years.

Bary Lando wrote in his blog on Friday that Saudis and Israelis have joint forces against Iran with Riyadh paying USD 1 billion dollars to Mossad for assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists and experts as they have a common concern regarding Tehrans nuclear program.

Since 2009, five Iranian nuclear scientists including Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, Dariush Rezaeinejad, Professor Majid Shahriari, Professor Masoud Ali-Mohammadi, Majid Shahriari and Fereydoun Abbasi, have become the target of terrorist attacks, which have killed four of them.

According to secret documents disclosed by WikiLeaks Saudi Arabia had reached out to the Mossad, which assisted the kingdom with "intelligence collection and advice on Iran."

According to a source quoted in the emails by the Beirut-based newspaper Al-Akhbar, "Several enterprising Mossad officers, both past and present, are making a bundle selling the Saudis everything from security equipment (to) intelligence and consultation."

Furthermore, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier this week boasted of friendly and strong relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia, adding that Tel Aviv and Riyadh have common economic and political interests in the Middle East.
