1st VP officially welcomes Pakistani PM

Tehran, May 12, IRNA - First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri officially welcomed visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the Cultural Historical Complex of Saadabad in north of Tehran on Sunday.
  A number of senior Iranian officials including Economy Minister Ali Tayyebnia and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif were also present in the welcoming ceremony.
Prime Minister Sharif is to hold talks with senior Iranian officials on the ways to enhance bilateral ties, economic cooperation in particular, and to review latest regional and international developments with the Iranian officials.

Sharif’s visit to Tehran is his first since the formation of new governments in the two neighboring countries.

Several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and agreements for mutual cooperation in different sectors are to be signed during the visit.
