Tehran, Oct 30, IRNA – An earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale jolted the city of Ahar in East Azarbaijan province on Wednesday.
According to the University of Tehran’s Geophysics Institute the quake occurred at 20:19 hours local time (1649 GMT).
The earthquake has been registered at the longitude of 46.85 degrees and latitude of 38.
There are no reports of the possible casualties or damages of the quake as yet.
