Quake rocks western Iran

IRNA - A 4-magnitude earthquake jolted the village of Tazehabad in western province of Kermanshah on Monday.

According to the Seismological Center of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University, the tremor occurred at 6:16 hours local time (2:46 GMT) in an area located at 34.58 degrees latitude and 46.09 degrees longitude.

The epicenter of the quake was registered at 18km of Tazehabad, 25km of Sarpol-e Zahab and 36km of Ezgeleh.
