IRNA – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Friday British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson will visit Tehran on Saturday to talk with Iranian officials.

'In the visit, the latest developments in bilateral relations especially the two countries' high level economic cooperation, expansion of trade ties, regional and international developments will be discussed,' said Bahram Qasemi.

The British daily newspaper The Guardian had already reported that Johnson would travel to Tehran this weekend to talk about banking issues and the new conditions in the two countries' relations.

Johnson had already taken a trip to Washington where he urged the members of US Congress to stop Washington's exiting from Iran nuclear deal also called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
