IRNA – European scientific and research centers are keen on maintaining bilateral cooperation with the Iranian centers in the post-sanction era, Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi said on Sunday.

Hashemi made the remarks in a meeting with scientific officials from various Iranian medical universities.

After the implementation of the historic nuclear deal also known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), both European and American scientific centers expressed their willingness to be engaged with Iran with the European centers to be more eager for the engagement with Tehran.

Hashemi urged Iranian scientist to benefit from the opportunities at hand noting that Iran's talent index had a three folded rise in the past four years and the number of scientific articles have increased to 37,000 from 12,000 in the period.
