Army Chief congrats Muslim army commanders on Eid al-Fitr

MNA – Iranian Army Chief Maj. Gen. Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, in a message, conveyed his felicitation on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr to commanders of Muslim states.


Gen. Bagheri issued separate messages to army commanders and officials of Muslim countries extending his heartfelt congratulations on Eid al-Fitr which is celebrated at the end of fasting month of Ramadan.

“Given the current sensitive and critical situation, the Islamic world requires unity of dialogue more than any other issue,” he continued.

Iran’s Army Chief urged authorities of Muslim countries to pay constant and due attention to major issues including liberation of Palestine from the Zionist Regime, fight against terrorism in all its forms and confrontation with global arrogance as the main root of disunion among regional states.

Later into his congratulatory message, General Bagheri voiced readiness of Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to bolster friendly ties in all dimensions with governments and armies of brother countries.

“I wish honor and prosperity for all armed forces of Muslim countries,” Bagheri’s message concluded.
