IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated the new Christian year.

The foreign minister in a twitter message released on Sunday congratulated the new Christian year and the birth of Christ.

He wrote 'Wishing a very Happy Christmas and peaceful 2017 to all. May the miracle birth of Jesus Christ bring peace to our troubled world'.
