Roadside bomb wounds 2 IRGC members in border area

Tasnim– Two members of the IRGC engineering corps were injured, one of them badly, after a roadside bomb went off in a border area southeast of Iran on Sunday morning.





The booby trap bomb blast occurred in the border region of Kuhak, in the southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan, at around 6 a.m. local time.

The two members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) were in the underprivileged area for engineering projects and public services as part of plans to reduce poverty.

They have been admitted to the hospital in the city of Saravan.
