Tehran, Oct 19, IRNA – Speaking in the Sunday meeting of the Cabinet, President Hassan Rouhani hailed the presence of the Iranian women in international arenas as effective.

He said the presence of the Iranian women in activities outside the country should be according to religious codes of conduct.

He stressed the importance of promoting and encouraging sports for ladies all across society because of its impact on the health and liveliness on half of the community.

He further urged Iran’s powerful presence in the Olympic Game next year and said the event is a chance for Iran to enhance its international position.

The President further underlined the significance of sports diplomacy and said the present shortcomings should be removed soon.
