Tehran, April 11, IRNA - Tehran's interim Friday Prayer Leader, Hojjatoleslam Kazem Seddighi said on Saturday that Iranian army is a powerful force seeking to liberate the globe.

Speaking at a ceremony commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Lieutenant General Ali Sayyad Shirazi, he said the Iranian army fight for the sake of God and has won the support of the Almighty in all its affairs.

Martyr Sayyad Shirazi united the Iranian Army and IRGC, he said.

Those who count on US army division do not understand the fact that the power of Almighty God is above all powers, he said.

The Iranian army is the only Muslim army standing up to the entire world, he said adding that the power of God is now visible in economic and cultural affairs.
