Iran’s Red Crescent receives first indigenous 412 Class helicopter

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Red Crescent Society delivered the first locally-made 412 Class helicopter in a ceremony attended by a number of Iranian officials.
Iranian Minister of Science Mohammad Farhadi, Vice-president for Science and Technology Affairs Sorena Sattari and the Head of Iran Aviation Industries Organization of Iranian Defense Ministry Manouchehr Manteqi took part in the event.

The helicopter has been built under international Aviation standards and rules of Iranian Civil Aviation Organization. It is made up of two four-propelled engines and is equipped with automatic piloting. It can transfer 14 crews and passenger and can conduct different missions.
