Iran's Marouf picked as Volleyball World League best passer

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Captain of Iran national volleyball team Saeid Marouf was picked as the Volleyball World League best passer.
The US titled the Volleyball World League as it managed to crash Brazil 3-1. Brazil and Italy came respectively second and third in the ranking.

International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) announced in his website that Taylor Sander (US) was the most valuable player, Saeid Marouf (Iran) was the best passer, Salvatore Rossini (Italy) best libero, David Lee (US) best middle blocker, Natasha Valas (Brazil) best spiker and Taylor Sander the best outside spider.

Each of the top people was awarded $10.000 and the most valuable player received $30.000.
