Pinpoint precision rockets, invasive mobile artillery hit targets in army drill

IRNA On the first day of Mohammad Rasoulallah (PBUH) joint exercise of the Islamic Republic Army the `Labayk 1' pinpoint precision rockets and the invasive mobile artillery successfully hit the set targets.


Commander of the ground forces of the Islamic Republic Army Brigadier General Kiumars Heidari said in the first phase of the drill, the units of the ground forces, who have turned into invasive mobile units, conducted their mission in a favorable manner to meet the targets.

He said the operations were held in the southeastern part of Iran and Markan coastlines.

Among distinctive features of the wargame, the indigenized equipment of the ground forces were tested and all the tactics in the process were institutionalized by the ground force commanders, he added.
