IFP- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has introduced his new deputies on the basis of the ministry�s new structure.

According to Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi, at a ceremony on Wednesday afternoon Zarif appointed Moteza Sarmadi as Deputy Foreign Minister, Seyyed Abbas Araqchi as Deputy for Political Affairs, Gholam-Reza Ansari as Deputy for Economic Affairs, Gholam-Hossein Dehghani as Deputy for Legal and International Affairs, and Hossein Panahi-Azar as Deputy for Iranian Expatriates� and Parliamentary Affairs.

Meanwhile, Qassemi has been reinstated as the Foreign Ministry�s Spokesman and Head of Public Diplomacy and Media Centre.

Zarif has also appointed Seyyed Mohammad-Kazem Sajjadpour as Head of the Centre for Political and International Studies, Mohammad Taqi Saberi as Deputy for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Hossein Jaberi Ansari as the Minister�s Special Assistant in Political Affairs, and Hassan Qashqavi as the Minister�s Adviser.

The newly-appointed officials will begin their work in the new positions as of January 21.
