IRNA � In a ceremony on Sunday to introduce the best military individuals and bodies in Iran, General Qasem Soleimani was named the most successful commander.

The force under General Soleimani�s command, Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), was chosen as the Best Force.

When the US-created Saudi-supported terrorist Daesh group attacked Iraq and Syria six years ago, General Soleimani and Quds Force entered the two countries at the request of their governments to help stop the terrorists.

After six years of military advisorship, and with the help of Iraqi and Syrian armies and volunteers, in a letter to Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on November 21, 2017, General Soleimani announced that end of the Daesh terrorists� dominance in the region.
