Hossein Jaberi Ansari, the head of Iranian delegation in seventh two-day round of the Astana-format talks on Syria, along with Russian Special Presidential envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentiev, and Turkeys Sedat nal, met with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev in the morning on Tuesday.

The seventh international meeting on Syria, currently underway in Kazakhstans capital of Astana, kicked on Monday with the aim to reach agreements between the negotiating parties on the two issues that have not been finalized during the previous six rounds exchange of prisoners and demining conflict zones.
