Iran Front Page- IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Tuesday, October 24, and picked headlines from 11 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.
Several newspapers today highlighted President Hassan Rouhanis address to a ceremony held in Tehran to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Khomeinis son. In his address, Rouhani underlined the need for unity and refraining from undermining peoples hope. Newspapers also covered his remarks about Irans defensive power, which is not at all negotiable.
A decrease in the value of Irans rial to the US dollar and the Iranian officials remarks about their efforts to support the national currency also received great coverage in economic newspapers.
