IRNA � Majlis (Parliament) speaker Ali Larijani said solidarity is essential among Muslims to be able to stand against enemies.


Larijani made the remarks Monday in a meeting with a member of Hamas' political bureau Izzat al-Risheq.

Now Iraq is in good conditions and attempts are being made in Syria as well to survive from the status quo.

Larijani also expressed felicitation over Ismail Haniyeh for being elected as Hamas' Political Bureau Chief.

Meanwhile, al-Risheq expressed happiness on his participation in President Hassan Rouhani's inauguration ceremony held on Saturday in Tehran.

'We are determined to have closer relations with our friends like Iran, Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine to stand against enemies,' he added.
