IRNA | Mohammad Babaei: Iranian foreign minister held separate meetings with the outgoing Finnish ambassador and the incoming Uruguayan envoy to Tehran. Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Sunday met Finlands Ambassador Harri Kmrinen, who was leaving Tehran at the end of his mission. The Iranian top diplomat also met the incoming ambassador of Uruguay, Carlos Sgarbi von Steinmann, and received a copy of his credentials.
