In a message to his counterparts in Islamic countries, Larijani congratulated the onset of Ramadan. I would like to express my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of the Quran, to you and members of your parliament, reads the message.
I believe, Ramadan offers a unique spiritual opportunity to benefit from the source of eternal grace and to strengthen solidarity, brotherhood and friendship among Islamic Ummah, Larijani stated.
Larijani further emphasized that passing through current tragic and difficult conditions in the Islamic world, which are rooted in growing extremism and Takfiri terrorism, demanded adaptation of a coherent approach by Islamic countries.
Certainly, parliamentary consultations mark a major step in achieving the peaceful strategy of Muslim world on the basis of a sustained security, stability and prosperity of Islamic Countries, noted the official stressing that the Iranian Parliament welcomes any constructive dialogue and interaction.
