Iran�s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif sent two separate messages to his Lebanese counterpart Gebran Gerge Bassil and the Secretary General of Hezbollah Seyed Hassan Nasrollah offering greetings over the 17th anniversary of the complete expelling of Israeli conquerors from southern Lebanon.

After 19 years of fighrs�and occupation of the southern areas of Lebanon, the Israeli regime retreated from the Arab country on May 25, 2000, after being defeated by Hezbollah forces.
