IRNA � Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi underlined that as before there are no talks between Tehran and Washington other than technical talks related to nuclear agreement reached between Iran and the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany) in July 2015.


�We have no relations with the US government, we did not have in the past either,� Qasemi said, addressing a press conference on Monday.

He reiterated that what linked Iran and the US to each other was that after the results were achieved in the nuclear-related issues those talks also came to an end.

�We have no relation with the new US government or the advisors of the US president and what can also exist concerning the issues related to Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) are not political discussions and they do not need fresh talks,� Qasemi said.

The Iranian foreign ministry spokesman underlined that what is remaining is the technical discussions and they will take place on the basis of agreements reached so far.
