IRNA Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif conferred with his Omani counterpart Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah in Germany on Saturday on the sidelines of Munich Security Conference (MSC).
Hailing Irans role in recent regional developments, Omani FM called for expansion of mutual cooperation between the two courtiers.
The MSC is attended by 10 presidents, US Vice President Mike Pence, eight prime ministers, ministers of foreign affairs from 30 countries, ministers of defense from around 20 countries as well as the secretary generals of the United Nations, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Organization of the Islamic Cooperation, Arab League and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Munich Security Conference is underway in Germany on February 17-19.
