ISNA- Deputy Chief of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces, Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri said those who seek drowning Iranian ships in Persian Gulf lack military intelligence.

In reaction to some US politicians� threats, Jazayeri stated that the military forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran today more than ever is alert in the Persian Gulf region.

He went on to say that Iranian military forces would respond seriously if the US war hawks and their allies act immaturely and unprofessionally in the region.
